... al neighborhoods remain pricier than SF's. The median for a one-bedroom in New York's most expensive neighborhoods, TriBeCa and NoMad, worked out to $4,150 and $4,060, respectively, compared with Russian Hill 's $4,000 and South Beach 's $3,810.
