The 6-foot-long "Head of Goliath" sculpture by New York artist Nicolas Holiber will be installed in the small park at Beach and Walker streets this spring, according to Jennifer Lantzas, the public art coordinator for the Parks Department. The huge head, crafted from found and recycled materials along with wood and fiberglass, is a contemporary interpretation of the biblical tale of David and Goliath, the Parks Department said.
