More investment should be made to help at-risk children

The Citizens' Committee for Children's Community Risk Ranking reports that 'Far too many children across New York City face significant and multiple risks to their well-being.' Happy families and camps take advantage of free breakfast and lunch programs served at Coalition School for Social Change in upper Manhattan last summer.
