COUNTRY COLLABORATION: Olivia Palermo is in high-demand these days, and Nordstrom is the latest to bank on her selling power. The Seattle-based retailer has tapped the New York-based model-socialite-designer to collaborate on its private label brand, Chelsea28, in a yearlong partnership comprised of four seasonal collections, the first of which is set to debut this spring.
