When the edgy theater venue St. Ann's Warehouse left its temporary home at 29 Jay St. in Brooklyn's Dumbo neighborhood, its cavernous space could easily have been used for anything but the arts. Drama is alive and well, however, with a new tenant: the Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet, which in June left its 5,600-square-foot studio in Tribeca for 9,000 square feet of dancing room in Dumbo.
