Silverstein Properties, Inc., marked the topping out of 30 Park Place, Four Seasons Private Residences New York Downtown at 926 feet and 82 stories, making it the tallest residential building downtown, according to the developer. The 157 residences start on the fortieth floor above the 189-room Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, which is slated to open in 2016.
