The Elections Department will be open on Saturday, Nov. 1 for voters who wish to turn in their Vote-By-Mail ballots early or obtain a Vote-by-Mail ballot. The Tehama County Elections office will be open 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 444 Oak St., Room C, in Red Bluff.
