The World Wide Web is finally getting an upgrade, and the result could be that you could soon do a whole lot more with your simple browser. On Tuesday, the World Wide Web Consortium, or W3C, will announce that it has -- at long last -- given its stamp of approval to HTML 5, a new version of the language used to code Web pages and documents.
