As Fashion Week begins its biannual takeover of New York's social scene, the local startup that created the "velvet rope in the cloud" is looking to take that idea one step further by monetizing the idea of exclusivity. TriBeCa-based zKipster, a provider of "guest-list solution" software that allows event organizers to access a cloud-based guest list on a tablet or phone, is using Fashion Week to roll out its new zSocial app.
