Taxi king who ripped off cabbies wants $100K for his pad

Symon Garber, the New York City taxi mogul who ripped off hundreds of cabbies last year by charging bogus late fees on cars they leased from him, is now dipping his hand in the real estate cookie jar. The taxi cab king, who runs Yellow Cab SLS Jet Management Corp., wants a whopping $100,000 a month for his Tribeca penthouse, according to a new rental listing posted Friday by his broker, "Million Dollar Listing New York" star Ryan Serhant.
