Thousands continued to protest throughout the city yesterday over a Staten Island grand jury's decision on Wednesday not to indict a New York police officer in the choking death of Eric Garner. At least 100 demonstrators were arrested, including 25 for blocking traffic at West 96th Street and Broadway.
